What it's all about
Our Digital Engineering Degree Apprenticeship is the perfect place to realise your future whilst influencing the future of financial technology. It’s a dedicated four year apprenticeship, on which you’ll develop your technical and business skills; building the relationships that could influence the rest of your career. What’s more, you’ll gain your Digital and Technology Solutions Degree as you work, all without the expensive university fees. By the time you’ve graduated, you’ll be a trusted technical professional, working as part of a leading technology team.
As part of the program you will engage in all phases of software and network product development. You will analyse and translate the needs from the business into information and technical requirements. Your role will involve being part of the team that builds, reviews and implements the integration of projects across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives, and ensure consistency across our organisation. You will also collaborate with other solution architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver the highest quality solutions via new and existing technologies.
You’ll make a meaningful difference to live projects right from the start as you rotate across a variety of technology teams. The development of key business skills such as preparing and delivering presentations, or managing your own budgets and key stakeholders, will compliment your technical education. You’ll get to learn from some of the industry’s most skilled and proud technology professionals, developing the skills and good habits that will set you apart as you progress your career.
The apprenticeship ultimately offers a permanent role with Santander and following graduation you will have opportunities to further develop your career within Digital and Technology across the business.
