As part of the Tata Steel Human Resources Apprentice Scheme you will have a unique opportunity to gain a broad experience across the diverse areas of the Human Resources function. Your time on the Apprentice Scheme will be spent mainly in Port Talbot with some travel to other sites may be required

Requirements:

You’ll need to have 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English, Maths and Science) at Grades A* - C or level 4 - 9

And

 3 A’ Levels or equivalent at Grades A* – C.

Human Resources Apprenticeship Programme Summary:

Professional training to complete CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) to Level 5 will be provided over the 2 year apprenticeship.

During the 2 year apprenticeship programme you will follow a rotation plan, gaining knowledge and experience within the three areas of the HR Operating model, which includes: HR Operations, Centres of Expertise and Business HR.

We will provide highly competitive study support as you work towards CIPD  professional qualification. When you have completed our Human Resources higher apprentice scheme you will be CIPD qualified to Level 5, with extensive experience that will be the springboard for your futurecareer with one of the world’s most geographically diversified steel producers.
