On our 3 year programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts from day one combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.
You’ll be working towards CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management. This is likely to be on day release with the training provider.
If you are offered a role; you will have a buddy or a mentor who will help you to prepare for joining GSK and will be there to offer support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.
Working with both your line and programme manager we want to identify the right opportunities to help you succeed in the short term and throughout your career with us.
What Will You Do?
You’ll be a key member of the Early Talent Recruitment team based at GSK House in Brentford, supporting with a range of activities across our annual recruitment cycle. This will include coordination of our cyclical recruitment activities, such as careers fairs and assessment centres, and input into our attraction materials, helping to educate students on the range of opportunities we offer.
Your Duties Might Include:
Review, track and evaluate early talent recruitment activity and performance data to deliver metrics and benchmarking data, and help identify new and innovative recruitment tools and marketing activities
Coordinate Early Talent Assessment Centre preparation and administration
Support early talent campus and in-house events, including logistics and event preparation, expenses & payments, merchandise and marketing materials, facilitating pre-event training and training material preparation, supporting event evaluation and post-event follow up
Manage internal & external queries through mailboxes and social media, including management of FAQ documents
Support timely updates of relevant online content
Support candidate post Offer “Keep Warm” activity and communications
Supporting Video recordings for marketing, education and promotion purposes
On successful completion of the apprenticeship you may choose to continue your career in Early Talent Recruitment, either specialising in attraction and recruitment marketing or recruitment operations, or you may wish to expand your HR experience into a new role elsewhere in the organisation.
