On the programme

You’ll learn all the fundamentals of Field Delivery. How to build, test and integrate end-to-end customer solutions to support customer order delivery. Not to mention how to build, test and maintain Vodafone’s core and mobile radio access networks, working with both our people and external partners. In short, you’ll work with – and learn from – a wide variety of talented people.

You’ll need to be the kind of person who’s always motivated. Someone who loves fixing anything and everything. Communication skills and effective Time Management are a must. So is the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. There’ll be tight deadlines sometimes, so flexibility and focus are key. Most important of all there’ll be lots of time on the road and working at heights, so you’ll need to be comfortable with all that.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years or over as of 1st Sept 2020
• A full clean driving license
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English at GCSE or A Level, or an equivalent level qualification such as a Level 2 apprenticeship, by Sept 2020
• To be eligible to work in the UK and not be in full-time education 
• To have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years or more

You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
