As an apprentice development is at the heart of your programme and you’ll quickly gain a real insight into Santander working with us. That starts with a structured development programme, which will take you on a fast-paced journey that will help you realise your future. And as you meet new people, and learn all about the processes and information you need to work in your area, you’ll find plenty of room to grow.

From your very first day you’ll be supported with the training you need to work across a variety of business areas within the organisation. To help you develop your personal skills you will also have access to our online learning portal – so you’ll be able to expand your knowledge at any time on a diverse range of subjects.

Your journey with us will be based on several cycles, each using different learning styles and supported by a dedicated training provider. That could include online courses, classroom-style learning and face-to-face events, all supported by on the job experience. What’s more, once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll earn an industry-recognised apprenticeship or academic qualification.
