If you excel at Mathematics, a career in Finance with the world’s biggest confectionery brand will develop and reward your skills to the levels they deserve. Over two years, you’ll complete four different certificate papers, giving you serious breadth of industry specific skills. You’ll get to develop your career as quickly as you do your knowledge, as well as gaining a Level 4 Professional Accounting/Tax Technician Apprenticeship. Join us and you’ll focus on: Reporting – preparing and managing accurate accounts and performance data as well as analysing, interpreting and communicating your insights Customer Support – building and maintaining effective working relationships with managers and key contacts, as you develop an understanding of the functions within which they operate and coach them in systems and information interpretation Budget Planning – helping management to prepare, process and reconcile the annual standard cost budget Lean – reviewing and streamlining our processes to ensure they’re as efficient as possible and evaluating potential business savings Who are we looking for? Confident with numbers and excited by mathematical problem solving, you should also have a strong commercial focus. This will be combined with the ability to turn complex numerical data into reports that are easily digestible to stakeholders who don’t work in Finance.
